Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.


❌ We Do NOT Accept Returns For:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong color/design
• Shipping delays outside our control

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.


✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund items only if they arrive:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Misprinted
• Incorrect item received


📦 How to Report an Issue

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

✔ Order number
✔ Description of the issue
✔ Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review and resolve as quickly as possible.


🔁 Replacements

If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost.

You may not be required to return the original item.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because of hygiene and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Personalized products
• Custom designs
• Personal wear items
• Sale items
• Gift cards


🇪🇺 European Union Customers

If shipped to the EU, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days.

However, made-to-order items may be exempt under EU consumer law.

If a refund is approved:

• Processing time: 5–10 business days
